RADIO VHF : Avant la course, surveillez le canal "9". Pendant la course, surveillez le canal "16". Pour toute communication, transférez sur le canal "11". NOTEZ BIEN : Pendant la course, aucune aide extérieure n'est permise sous peine de disqualification.

POINTS DE PARCOURS:

  1. Départ à la marina de Plattsburgh boat bassin

  2. Aller au Nord et contourner la bouée « Pointe au Roche » (laissez là à tribord).

  3. Aller au Sud et passer à tribord des Four Brother (laisser sur votre babord)

  4. Contourner Diamond Island dans le sens anti-horaire (laissez là à babord)

  5. Passer à tribord des Four Brother (laisser sur votre babord)

  6. Terminer à Plattsburgh, au point de départ.

HORAIRE DE COURSE

19 h à 20 h - Les voiliers se réunissent à la marina Plattsburg Boat Bassin pour le skipper meeting. Un cocktail est servi et les T-shirt distribués sous la tente du Naked Turtle. Les participants peuvent y laisser leur youyou à quai pendant la course.

20 h 30 - Après la réunion, les participants vont s'ancrer en arrière de la ligne de départ qui est constitué d'un bateau comité et d'une bouée jaune.

20 h 55 - Un premier coup de Klaxon donne le signal à un équipier d'aller casser l'ancre, la laisser retomber au fond et revenir aussitôt au cockpit avec tous les autres participants.

21 h - Un deuxième coup de Klaxon est donné. C'est le départ de la course est donné. les voiliers lèvent l’ancre, les voiles sont hissées et c'est parti.

APRÈS LA COURSE, ne partez pas. rendez-vous au Naked Turtle pour discuter de votre expérience avec les autres. 

  

VHF RADIO: Before the start, turn on your radio at channel "9". Once the race begin, switch to channel "16". For any communication, switch back to channel "11". NOTE: it’s not permitted to receive outside help during the race. You will be disqualified if you do.

MANDATORY LANDMARKS:
1- START: Plattsburgh boat bassin
2- Go North and turn around Pointe aux Roches Bouee.
3- Then go South and pass Four Brothers island. Leave them on port side.
4- Turn around Diamond island Leave it on port side.
5- Pass Four Brothers island. Leave them on port side.
6- ARRIVAL: Plattsburgh boat bassin.

All of the island must be passed leaving them on your port side otherwise you will be disqualified.

RACING SCHEDULE

7 to 8 PM - The fleet meet at Plattsburg Boat Bassin marina for the skipper meeting. A cocktail is serve and T-shirt are distributed under a tent at Naked Turtle.  The participants may leave there dinghies at the marina during the race.

8:30 PM – After the meeting, the participants need to anchor there boat behind the starting line which is from a comitty boat and a yellow bouee. 

8:55 PM - A first horn is herd, giving the signal to one crew to break free off the anchor if necessary, leave it at the bottom and return to the cockpit with the other crew members.

9 PM - The second horn is herd. This is the start. Raised the anchor, hoist the sails and Go!

AFTER THE RACE, don't leave. LEts go to the Naked Turtle to discuss your experience with the others.
