Assembling floats:The fun begins finally!
I completed stage 3 for my first float and the panels have an amazing fit! Absolutely NO triming required! The whole thing is super fair and straight. The panel twist at the bow is easy to get and is beautiful. I used cable ties at every 200 mm on the keel line and 6 straps to hold panels P4 down on panels P3, no ties, and a few screws. The panels are so stiff that the cables ties at the chine where not necessary.
