I started to make my big foam panels. They are 4' x 24' long, 3 corecell sheets. There is on layer of glass on each side and I used about 5 litres of epoxy on my first panel. It is hard to make perfectly air tight large vacuum bags like that. I think the plastic I am using is porous, I have to run my vacuum pump almost continuously but the results are good. One panel made, 12 more to go!
