Thanks to optimized volumes and a bow designed for greater forward volume, the Dufour 37 offers a truly spacious forward owner's cabin, with excellent headroom. Whether you opt for the three- or two-cabin version with its large bathroom, the interior of this model is bathed in light thanks to the large central hull portholes.

7-day itinerary

In Saint Vincent and the Grenadines

With over 20 years' experience sailing this region, we are delighted to present this carefully crafted itinerary for a 7-day adventure, combining sailing and a variety of activities:

Mahi-Mahi

Your skipper: Yves Julien

Yves JULIEN is bilingual (French and English) and has over 40 years' nautical experience, including 25 years as a professional. He is the founder of Voile Abordable and the main organizer of numerous flotillas in the West Indies and the Mediterranean. He is also the author of the television program "Partons la Mer est Belle", which was broadcast on the Canal Évasion channel.

Flotillas in the Grenadines :

An unforgettable adventure!

During the decade of the 2000s, Voile Abordable was the pioneer and leader of international flotillas for Quebecers. After a few years' absence, we're back in action in the Grenadines, the most beautiful region in the West Indies...

Skippered charter is the ideal option for those who already know how to sail. However, since not everyone can navigate at sea, joining a flotilla is the safest solution. Not only does the flotilla leader's experience enable you to maximize your trip, but you also benefit from the security offered by a group. In the event of a problem, you're not alone, and can count on the group's technical and moral support!

The management of our flotillas is extremely flexible. You can follow the flagship or change your itinerary at will. All we ask is that we be informed of your intentions from day to day, so there's no need to worry on our side.

We have negotiated fleet discounts with local charter companies. You can take advantage of our discounts even if you don't wish to follow the flotilla. Contact us for details.

Available sailboats range from 34′ to 50′. Prices start from US$1,820 per week.

Available catamarans range from 38′ to 47′. Prices start from US$3,150 per week.

Contact us for models and availability, specifying your requirements (monohull, catamaran, number of cabins, etc.). Discounts are only available through our brokerage services. Please note: direct bookers will not be able to join our flotillas.

7-day itinerary saint-vincent les grenadines

For over 20 years, we've been criss-crossing this region. Here's our recommended itinerary for a week of sailing and activities:

Day 1:

We'll welcome you at the Blue Lagoon marina at the end of the day, starting at 5pm. You'll enjoy a welcome cocktail, settle into your cabins, and our captain will give you a briefing on the voyage. You'll also have a chance to familiarize yourself with the boat before enjoying dinner in the marina's restaurant.

Day 2:

After lunch, we cast off for "Bat Cave", one of the most fascinating bat caves in the West Indies. The surrounding reef is also a wonderful spot for snorkeling. In the afternoon, we set sail for Bequia.

Day 3:

Bequia, a little-known gem in the West Indies. Once a whaling center, the islanders have transformed it into a must-see stopover for yachtsmen in search of tranquility and service. Here you'll find two sailmakers, a number of stores selling boat parts and fishing accessories, a diving club, grocery stores, a selection of wines and numerous restaurants.

The program includes a variety of activities: a tour of the island to discover its charms, moments of relaxation on the beach, cocktails to enjoy on board the boat, followed by dinner in the restaurant (with the possibility of diving and snorkeling for those who wish).

Day 4:

If Bequia is the pearl of the Grenadines, then Tobago Cay is certainly its diamond! We set sail for this haven of natural beauty. There, we'll have the opportunity to swim with the turtles, snorkel around the End of the World reef, and why not consider a little visit to Petit Tabac, the island Walt Disney used for the filming of the first Pirates of the Caribbean movie. In the evening, we offer a lobster and fish dinner prepared by local fishermen on the island.

Please note that there is a park fee of EC$10 per person per day.

Day 5:

The smallest island in the world with a permanent structure, a palm parasol, is called "Mopion" (a term that comes from the old French for Morpion, I'll let you guess...). In the photo, you can see Petite St-Vincent in the background, unquestionably the most sumptuous private resort in the Grenadines.

The program includes a visit to Mopion, snorkeling on the Petite St-Vincent reef, followed by cocktails on board the boat. And why not consider a dinner at the resort to round off the day in style?

Day 6:

Union is a charming, lively and welcoming island. It's a great place to stock up on provisions in the Grenadines.

The program includes a tour of the island, cocktails at Happy Island and dinner at the restaurant.

As an option, there's a kitesurfing school on the island. Fans of this sport can practice their sport behind the reef, with plenty of wind and no waves - it's a kitesurfing paradise!

Day 7:

The last day is devoted to sailing back to the Blue Lagoon marina. There are around 30 miles to sail, with a generally favorable wind. This promises to be a pleasant, comfortable and relaxing day's sailing, allowing you to savor a beautiful sail while making a gentle return to civilization.

Day 8:

Disembarkation is scheduled for the morning, before 11am. It's time to say goodbye and start planning for next year. A great way to close this adventure and look forward to future escapades together.
